Thank you for shopping at Plus Too Fashions, an online clothing store. We are dedicated to providing you with the latest fashion trends and ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding our shipping and delivery processes.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our customer support for further assistance.

2. Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please review this information carefully.
  2. Processing Time: Orders typically take 24 hours to be processed before they are shipped. During busy periods, processing times may vary.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping
  2. Express Shipping

The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. You will be provided with more precise delivery information during the checkout process. 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to APO’s, and US Territories may experience delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Plus Too Fashions to import the goods on her/his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Plus Too Fashions may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her/his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of your items. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

6. Delivery

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensure your delivery arrives on time. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered, lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered, if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances or external factors (e.g., weather, customs, holidays) may cause shipping delays.
