d. Non-Eligible Items for Returns

We do not accept returns for:

a. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

b. Items without their original tags and packaging.

c. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling.

d. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned:

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

c. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

d. Confirmation: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued as follows:

a. For returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of shipping.

 b. For returns of unworn and unwashed items, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our customer support for further assistance.

2. Order Processing

  2. Processing Time: Orders typically take 24 hours to be processed before they are shipped. During busy periods, processing times may vary.

The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. You will be provided with more precise delivery information during the checkout process. 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to APO’s, and US Territories may experience delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Plus Too Fashions to import the goods on her/his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Plus Too Fashions may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her/his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of your items. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

5. Tracking Orders

6. Delivery

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect address details. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensure your delivery arrives on time. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
