Refund policy

At Plus Too Fashions, we want you to have the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return items or seek a refund. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions of our returns and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace or refund the item at your discretion.

b. Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will send you the correct item or provide a refund.

c. Unworn and Unwashed Items: You may return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

d. Non-Eligible Items for Returns

We do not accept returns for:

a. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

b. Items without their original tags and packaging.

c. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling.

d. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Swim & Lingerie
  • Beauty
  • Sale Items 

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to plustoofashions@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

b. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

c. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

d. Confirmation: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued as follows:

a. For returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of shipping.

 b. For returns of unworn and unwashed items, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

 c. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.
